Stepping beyond borders

leave a comment »

It is important to step beyond borders to understand our limits and stretch the boundaries of our imagination and knowledge.  A step outside circle of region, religion, faith and belief can make us tolerant. We may have left peace and love beyond borders and caged a beast instead within.  When issues and solutions both transcend borders, whats the point in raking sentiments and making new fences?  Come lets climb those beautiful mountains and navigate difficult terrain which lie beyond our borders and explore global issues which connect all of us…

Borders: A Barrier For Communication and Dissemination of Information

leave a comment »

There exists a great need to have a platform where the ones afflicted by issues and conflicts are covered and helped, directly or indirectly. Issues transcend borders and so does human conscience, which can’t be a mute witness to human suffering. The ones that try to help the afflicted are disconnected from the afflicted, and vice versa. And that is where Issues Beyond Borders comes into the picture: help create an interface where individuals and organizations can discuss and make sure information is disseminated to the ‘needy’. I say ‘needy’ because borders make this lack of information and communication possible. The aim of Issues Beyond Borders is to help individuals, groups and organizations communicate with one another and disseminate information.

Borders, What a Curse!

with one comment

Long ago, when we discussed how this blog must take shape, we knew that borders are written, rewritten and unwritten by humans and it shall continue to happen so. World peace can occur in a pastoral world where there are no boundaries. As that may never happen, we shall continue to see issues within and beyond borders. Visit us; share your opinions on this unique ability (curse?) of humans to draw borders. Of course, we don’t care about borders, so mustn’t you, for issues have no borders, and that is what we plan to discuss! Issues concerning the two-legged varieties beyond any borders that humans have ever written!
